Distance Selling Agreement / Terms and Conditions

1. Parties
This agreement is made between:

• Seller: E-Baby World, Izmir,Buca, 0660769924

• Customer: The individual or entity purchasing products from the Seller.

2. Product Description
The Seller sells products online. Detailed descriptions, prices, and availability are provided on the website.

3. Payment and Delivery

• Payment is required at the time of purchase.

• Delivery times and shipping costs are specified during checkout.

• The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

• Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days from the date of receipt.

• To cancel, the customer must notify the Seller via email or contact form.

• Returned products must be in original packaging and unused.

5. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

• The refund will include the purchase price and any standard delivery costs.

6. Liability and Warranty

• The Seller is responsible for defects in the products delivered.

• Warranty claims must be submitted within the period specified by law.

7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Seller’s location.
